Perched atop a rocky cliff, Sheer Rocks Restaurant is known across Antigua for its innovative tapas plates made with the freshest ingredients. Head Chef Jamal Walker has created a beautiful menu of Mediterranean-inspired dishes around carefully selected and sustainably sourced ingredients, that showcase the best of Antigua’s culinary experience. Antiguan Bouillabaisse, Seared Yellow-Fin Tuna Steak and Siberian Royal Caviar are all on the menu, with a separate plant-based menu available for vegetarians and vegans.
