Plants by Deliciously Ella
Plants by Deliciously Ella is a hidden vegan gem in Mayfair, serving an innovative breakfast, lunch and dinner menu celebrating the delicious diversity of plants. Vegan meat alternatives are left off the menu, instead opting for oyster mushroom scallops, pulled jackfruit and aubergine bacon to showcase the true versatility of vegetables.
At Plants by Deliciously Ella, everything is made in-house including its own cultured vegan butter, cashew crème fraîche and crushed walnut parmesan.
Farmacy
Championing organic farm-to-table produce, Farmacy is a charming plant-based eatery on Notting Hill’s Westbourne Grove. Seasonal ingredients sourced from local eco-conscious vendors and its own Kent farm become elegant plates packed full of flavour.
You’ll find super green soups, nutritious earth bowls and plant-based curries paired with cold-pressed juices and organic wines. Farmacy also offer a unique High Tea experience composed of plant-based renditions of afternoon tea classics, perfect for special occasions.

Nestled in the vibrant district of Soho, Gauthier showcases Michelin Star chef Alexis Gauthier’s plant-based take on modern French cuisine. Housed in a Regency townhouse, Gauthier seeks to redefine the meaning of ‘fine dining’ without the use of animal products, whilst embracing the best of British produce.
On the menu, crunchy white asparagus, tender pearl barley and braised celeriac are exhibited across a series of seasonal dishes.

Botanique
Botanique, located in bustling Brighton and Hove, honours a unique plant-to-plate ethos thanks to its own indoor hydroponic garden.
Chef Josie Hawkins and her team create delicious, beautifully presented dishes using locally sourced organic vegetables; paired with organic wines from small, sustainable producers in Europe.

Erpingham House
Erpingham House is a vegan, plastic free and certified carbon-free restaurant and bar, occupying a Grade II listed building in the heart of Norwich.
Founder Loui Blake, inspired by his plant-based culinary experiences abroad, established Erpingham House as an advocate for locally sourced and sustainable produce in Norwich. With four separate menus, including a dedicated Kids and Sunday Roast menu, you’ll be sure to find a dish to suit.

Based in Birmingham, Land is a modern, vegan restaurant centred around an ethos of plant-focused, seasonal dining using the freshest seasonal produce.
Head Chefs Adrian and Tony plate up four to six enticing plant courses on its tasting menu, inspired by flavours from across the globe. Expect tropical mango broccoli, North African harissa carrot and miso flavoured kumquat.

Edinburgh’s family-run Hendersons has been serving up flavourful vegan and vegetarian cookery since 1962. Established by Barrie Henderson, the grandson of the original founder, Hendersons uses the freshest organic and locally sourced wholefood ingredients across its menu of classic and modern recipes. On Flow’s plant-centric menu, British grown pulses and grains are paired with a selection of vegetables, herbs and fruits grown by chef and owner Jen Williams on a nearby allotment.
